Payment

Deadly Daisies only accepts payment by card, via Stripe. 

Note that all amounts are in Danish kroner and are incl. VAT.

Delivery

Deadly Daisies delivers packages to DAO or BRING 1-3 days after the order is placed.

All packages comes with tracking.

You will receive an e-mail and SMS when your package has been handed over to a parcel shop, and can thereby follow it via the tracking link sent by DAO, PostNord or BRING.

You are responsible for picking up your package.

If the package is not picked up before the deadline, it will be returned, and this fee will be withdrawed from the payed amount.
You will be responsible for any new delivery costs.

Contact kontakt@dealdydaisies.dk to arrange a new delivery.

If you do not send an email with info about this, the amount of the purchased goods will be transferred to the account used for payment, excl. postage fees from the return delivery.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day right of return on items purchased in Deadly Daisies' Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You are responsible for return costs.

Cancellation must be notified by email and returned within 14 days of receipt.

You must send an email to kontakt@deadlydaisies.dk, stating: name, order number and when it will be sent.

Right of complaint

A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to defects in material. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation or treatment of the product.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs that may be associated with this. When returning, please contact kontakt@deadlydaisies.dk, where you write order no. And what errors your order has, in the email.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works.

So you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
